Rules of the Forum (Constantly Updated)

1. Minato Namikaze, Kushina Uzumaki, Sakumo Hatake, Madara Uchiha, Salamander Hanzou, Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, Hiruzen Sarutobi and all characters like them are banned from being used on the forum.

2. No Space and Time Jutsus.

3. No Custom Cursed Seals, Demons or Villages.

4. You can't be a demon or a Neko.

5. You can't start off as a Sage or know any Sage techniques. You have to learn it.

6. Custom Characters can be from only either Leaf or Sand for now.

7. You can't be a Sannin unless your Orochimaru, Tsunade or Jiraiya.

8. You can't have the Rin'negan. You have to be Pein if you want the Rin'negan.

9. You can't start out with the Mangekyou Sharingan or Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. You have to earn them both.

10. The only bijuu that are open are the Rokubi, the Shichibi, the Sanbi and the Yonbi.

11. If your a Missing-nin, you have to be from either Leaf or Sand for now.

12. You can't be a SS-Class Shinobi unless your a Kage. If your not a Kage, you earn it.

13. Only 5 Jounin per village.

14. Only 10 people can be Akatsuki members.

15. Only 10 characters total can be S-Ranked.

16. Only 3 people can be Chuunin. The rest have to become Chuunin in the Chuunin Exams.

17. The ANBU rank is closed. You can only become an ANBU when the village Kage makes you one.

17. 15 Genin per village.

18. Only 2 Custom Characters and 2 Canon Characters allowed for each person at a time.

19. Your second character HAS to be an Academy Student. If your first character died, then this rule does not come into play.

20. You can't start off with the Chidori or Rasengan. You have to LEARN IT!!!

21. Only those with the Sharingan can have the Chidori. Refer to rule 20 for the requirements of the Chidori.

22. If your an Akatsuki, you HAVE to go for bijuu.

23. If your gonna be a Kage, your a Kage until your character dies. You can't resign after a few days.

24. Suicide is allowed on here. However, if your character commits suicide, the penalty for it is your next character can only be an Academy Student.

25. Don't be an asshole.

26. Respect all admins.

27. No RPing on the cbox.

28. No metagaming. This means Chuunin and below can't know about people like Pein, Itachi or Orochimaru.

29. ABSOLUTELY NO GODMODDING!!!

30. You can't use anything that is OPed.

31. No RPing when your character isn't approved.

32. You must ALWAYS RP in the 3rd person. No exceptions to this rule.

33. If you want to be Tobi, then you will have to say that Tobi is Obito, not Madara.

34. You can't kill somebody without their permission.

35. You can't enter a private topic without permission from one of the people involved in the private topic.

36. Admins and Mods can't approve their own characters. They need to wait for someone else to approve their characters like everyone else.

37. No making characters from other Animes/Mangas, etc.

38. Jashin, Kami, Shinigami, Grim Reaper, Blood Reaper and any other godlike character is banned from use. Also, you can't make your character a god.

39. If you let your character die in a battle without actually trying to beat your opponent, the penalty for it is that your next character is an Academy Student.

40. All Missing-nin's maximum rank is A-Class for now.

41. If your character is losing, don't try and godmod your way out of it. Also, if your character loses and/or dies, don't whine about it. If you do, the penalty for it is your next character is an Academy Student. Suck it up, create another character and be an adult about it.

42. Never create any jutsus that say 'you cannot escape from this jutsu', etc. There is no such a thing as an unescapable jutsu.

43. You can't be immortal. Only Hidan and Kakuzu can be immortal.

44. No Dragon Summonings.
