Sakura Is Told Ryuumaru's Parentage

Sasuke gasped in pain and thrashed wildly as the Snake Sannin dug his teeth into Sasuke's neck, biting the boy and injecting something which made a strange, black mark appear on Sasuke's neck. The dreaded Cursed Mark. Orochimaru looked very pleased with himself as he backed off, leaving Sakura to kneel beside Sasuke and help him to his feet, wondering what the hell had just happened to him.

"Kukuku, if the Uchiha can survive the Cursed Seal, he will indeed prove to me he is the right one" laughed the Snake Sannin.

"Dynamic Entry" hissed out a cold voice as Ryuumaru appeared out of nowhere and knocked Orochimaru out of the way. However, when Orochimaru hit a nearby tree, he turned into mud, revealing he was just an Earth Clone.

"At last, the time has come where you die snake" hissed Ryuumaru as he looked around for the Snake Sannin.

"So, the intel I gathered was true, you did indeed survive to have been born. I hear you have been training to kill me....your own father" chuckled another Orochimaru as he came out of the shadows.

Sakura, who was doing her absolute best to stay out of this, kept Sasuke cradled closed to her as he convulsed in pain. Her eyes widened as the pieces fell into place. Ryuumaru's father was none other than Orochimaru. THAT was why Ryuumaru hated his father so! She knew Ryuumaru wouldn't even give her the time of day so she said nothing, praying she wouldn't get involved.

"I see you as nothing more then a filthy parasite, you overgrown, half-snake like pedophile" he snarled at Orochimaru, massive amounts of Killing Intent radiating off of him, his true hatred for the Snake Sannin coming to fruition.

"Kukuku, funny, my appearance didn't stop your mother, dear Kimi-Koi from being attracted to me" laughed Orochimaru as he calmly brushed off the pedophile comment, saying the word koi mockingly. He learned from intel that Ryuumaru had a very deep connection to his mother and any comments about her would blind him in a rage, not even caring he was dancing on a dead woman's grave, the very same woman who loved him.

At that moment in time, Sakura had never loathed anyone more. How DARE he mock a woman who put her life on the line to be with him? Who loved him unconditionally? Why would he try and get his own SON to attack him in a blind frenzy? She wished she had the strength to kill him there and then but, sadly, all she could do was watch.

"Filthy vermin, I will avenger her honor and pride that you stole" Ryuumaru snarled as his guard seemed to have completely dropped as he blindly attacked Orochimaru.

Orochimaru grinned as he dodged the attacks. He had to admit, he was a little impressed with the last Shimazu Devil that was his son. His speed seemed to be be borderline Jounin level but his skill were reduced to that of a simple Academy Student when he was enraged. As he dodged a powerful kick by his son, he tapped him on the forehead, using Temporary Body Paralysis Technique to hold him in place. "You have incredible anger and hatred for me. You would make an excellent vessel or at least a servant" he laughed as he elongated his neck and bit into Ryuumaru's neck, giving him a Cursed Seal before he disappeared from view.

Ryuumaru grit his teeth as he slowly got back up to his feet, his face having an expression of unimaginable pain but he continued to fight through it all as he showed incredible determination and strength as he made it to his feet and slowly started to stagger off, panting and groaning all the way as he stumbled now and again.

Sakura hesitated. If she tried helping him, he'd just snap at her and push her away. Quite rightly so but on the other hand, he DID need the help. Setting Sasuke down, she jogged over and took a piece of cloth, wetting it with some water she'd collected for her to drink and fastening it to Ryuumaru's neck using medical tape before disappearing from behind him as quickly as she'd come. It wasn't likely that Ryuumaru saw who it was, since she'd been behind him the entire time.

He grunted as he attempted to push whoever was helping him away but found himself in too much pain to lift his arms so he didn't bother trying to push them away and continued to stagger along and away from Sakura and Sasuke.

Inside the small piece of fabric that had been fastened to his neck, there was an extremely weak painkiller. The only one Sakura could find on such short notice before an exam. She was going to save it for herself but now she'd used it on Ryuumaru. Not Sasuke. She'd used it on Ryuumaru. She waited there for Naruto to return, close to breaking point. She didn't know what she was supposed to do.

He felt a small lump inside the fabric tied around his neck and he groaned in pain as he grabbed it and place it in his mouth, swallowing it as he disappeared from view.
